Refund Policy

If your gift did not work out, we will make it right. Here is when you can get your money back and how to ask.

When you get a full refund

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the person you gave it to hasn't opened the gift yet, or if your AI song couldn't be delivered. "Opened" means the gift link was opened by someone other than you; your own previews and song approval don't count.

Outside these cases we may still refund at our discretion. Just write to us.

When we may say no

Refunds outside the cases above are our call, case by case. If something is broken or not as described, tell us and we will do our best to fix it. Gifts disabled for breaking our Terms are not refunded.

What happens to a refunded gift

When we refund a gift, the gift is disabled: its link and QR code stop working and the recipient can no longer open it.

How to ask

Email contact@bionelove.com with your gift link and a line about what happened. We reply within 2 business days.

How you get your money back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. After we approve a refund, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
