Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Bione Love when you use bionelove.com to make a digital gift. By creating or paying for a gift, you agree to them.

1. What Bione Love is

Bione Love is a digital gift service. You build an animated Story or a page-turning Album from your own photos, words, voice and music, pay for it, and we give you a private link and QR code to share. Bione Love is operated by Bione Love, CNPJ 49.305.095/0001-40, based in Brazil ("Bione Love", "we", "us").

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a gift. You are responsible for the details you give us, including a delivery email address you can access.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write: photos, texts, voice recordings and song choices. You give Bione Love a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content only to create, deliver and keep your gift working, and to provide support. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

You promise that you own your content or have the right to use it, and that everyone shown in it is fine with how you use it. You are also responsible for making sure the recipient is OK with receiving the gift.

4. Rules

Do not use Bione Love for anything unlawful, or for content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy. Do not use a gift to contact someone who has asked not to be contacted. Bione Love may disable a gift, and refuse service, if it breaks these rules or the law. If we disable a gift for breaking the rules, no refund is due.

5. Prices and payment

A gift costs $12 USD. The optional personalized AI song costs an extra $15 USD, for $27 in total. Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A gift is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Songs

AI songs. If you order an AI song, it is created for you from the details you give us and is original. Bione Love grants you a license to use that song for personal, non-commercial purposes, including playing it in your gift and sharing your gift with the recipient. AI-generated music can vary and may need a retry; if we cannot deliver the song, see the Refund Policy.

YouTube songs. If you pick a song from YouTube, it is embedded from YouTube. Bione Love does not host or copy it, and it is subject to YouTube's terms and to the rights holders' decisions. It may stop playing if YouTube or the owner removes or restricts it.

7. How long your gift lasts

Unpaid uploads are deleted after 7 days of inactivity. Paid gifts are kept for as long as the Bione Love service runs. If we ever plan to shut the service down, we will give notice by email to the address on your gift so you can save what you need.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bione Love running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change the service and these terms; if a change matters, we will update the date above. Continuing to use Bione Love after a change means you accept it.

9. Limits of liability

Bione Love is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the gift concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in the United States, you keep any consumer rights that your state or federal law gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
